Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Wealth Management Associate to join their team. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in private wealth management and build a long-term path within a growing, collaborative, and high-performing firm.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members and Partners with core operational tasks, including money movement (wires, journals), account creation, maintenance, and transfers, portfolio performance tracking and reporting, database and CRM management, and ad hoc project coordination and process improvements
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding transactions and account procedures
• Participate in educational sessions and mentorship opportunities with senior professionals to deepen knowledge of financial markets and client service

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant work or internship experience (wealth management, financial services, or related field preferred)
• Demonstrated curiosity about financial markets and investment advisory services
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking abilities and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Relationship-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Willingness to grow with the role
• Bachelor’s degree required

Salary

• $80,000 - $97,000
