What You’ll Do (Essential Duties & Responsibilities) Design, build, maintain, and update websites for a diverse range of clients. Collaborate with the Production team to provide innovative, efficient, and expert solutions that support other departments and foster strong internal and external business relationships. As part of the Production team, deliver top‑night marketing and design services, report on successes, and maintain exceptional client relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain websites in line with client and Project Manager specifications. Collaborate with Project Managers to address project needs and develop technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve website‑related issues effectively. Manage front‑end web development for various web projects. Implement best practices for UX/UI in website design. Develop content‑driven and eCommerce websites using modern tools and frameworks. Efficiently balance multiple website projects and optimize personal workflows. Contribute to a positive and collaborative company culture: Set goals and work diligently to achieve them. Communicate regularly, show consistency, and deliver your best effort. Document work thoroughly, erring on the side of detailed notes. Be proactive and adaptable, ready to take on new challenges as needed. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Web Development or other related field. Experience in file management and PHP. Strong communication and time management skills. Proven experience in front‑end web development. WooCommerce/eCommerce expertise. Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Builder. Additional Skills & Expectations Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva. Ability to work in various hosting environments (e.g., Flywheel, GoDaddy, SiteGround, WPEngine). Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals. Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com. Natural problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Experience in backend web development. Compensation & Growth Potential Hourly wage + project completion bonuses. Work Environment & Hours Flexible working arrangements: on‑site or remote. Typical working hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Major holidays and weekends off. Desired (but Not Required) Qualifications/Education/Experience 2+ years in the Digital Marketing World - PPC, Social, SEO. Experience in building successful digital marketing strategies.
