Aluminum Door Fabricator – $18/hr | Bradenton, FL | Full-Time | Weekends Off

Location: Bradenton, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week (No Overtime, Weekends Off)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminum Door Fabricator to join our production team in Bradenton, FL . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and industrial painting, along with a strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Assembly

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, drill, and assemble aluminum extrusions and components.
• Operate fabrication equipment (saws, drills, punches, routers) safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper fit and alignment of all door components.

Painting

• Prepare aluminum and cardboard surfaces with adhesive glue.
• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment and booths.

General Duties

• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment .
• Experience with industrial spray painting preferred.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs consistently, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Must pass background check and drug screening (per applicable state laws).
