Assistant Project Manager to $95K - Great Bonus Potential!

Our client, a property services firm, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their construction management team! In this role, you'll manage multiple construction projects across a portfolio of properties while influencing critical decisions alongside a strong team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project management experience with a passion for real estate.

Position Details:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Work Model: In office
• Degree: Preferred
• Responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from inception to completion within budget and timeline parameters; coordinating with architects, contractors, and tenants on buildouts and improvements; developing annual capital budgets to maximize property value; conducting property inspections and maintenance monitoring; managing competitive bid processes and contractor relationships; supporting due diligence for property acquisitions and sales; and providing regular project updates to asset managers and stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; strong financial acumen with project monitoring experience; comprehensive understanding of building construction across all disciplines; excellent communication skills for stakeholder management; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word; strong problem-solving abilities; and the capability to prioritize multiple projects independently.
