Experience with appointment booking software (Boulevard, Booker, MindBody, etc.). Retail, cashier, money handling experience. Clean and refined appearance. Punctual and Reliable. Team player with leadership capabilities. Available for a full-time schedule inclusive of a weekend day. Responsibilities Will Include Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a location within the brand. Driving sales and promotions to meet daily and monthly sales goals and expectations. Booking and confirming appointments; Monitoring and maximizing daily schedules and staffing. Assist in responding to all incoming client-related communications and follow-up calls. Resolving client concerns in a professional manner with insight and poise. Directing clients during the check-in and check-out process. Inventory Management. Build, support, and maintain a strong positive workplace culture. Review Feedback, monitor and respond to surveys and reviews. Assist in networking and clienteling. Ability to step in manager role if needed, as well as handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll and reporting. Enforce and maintain protocols and performance goals. Maintain clean and safe spa environment. Handling multi-line phone system. Handle various assignments simultaneously.
