Job Summary:

Apex is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations. This position is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing (including union employees), quarterly federal and state reports, and checkbook reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage A/P and A/R

•Process payroll and maintain union records

•Prepare and file quarterly tax reports

•Reconcile checkbooks and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

•Experience with QuickBooks preferred

•Strong attention to detail and organization
