Job Title: Business Processes Consultant Location: Newtown Square, PA Work Model: Hybrid work model Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions. Expectations and Tasks: Map business processes to solution requirements. Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Support and delivers solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Deliver customer workshops. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content. Deliver solution training to customer project members. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; delivers according to specification and provides feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution. Education and Occupational Experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: Experience must involve three (3) years in the following:
  • SAP IS-Retail functional and implementation;
  • SAP POSDM Retail functional and implementation;
  • SAP S/4HANA Retail functional and implementation;
  • SAP S/4HANA Fashion functional and implementation;
  • SAP CAR implementation and architectural; and
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Retail.
Experience must involve one (1) year in the following: • SAP S/4HANA Retail & Fashion debugging and error analysis. Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,611 - $143,910. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,611 - $159,900. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
