Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to assist a manufacturing company in Dubuque with full-cycle recruiting for three months.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications for manufacturing roles.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
• Support hiring managers with scheduling interviews and facilitating hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Availability to work onsite in Dubuque for the duration of the assignment.
