Base pay range $46.00/hr - $51.00/hr NOTE: This is a hybrid position, requiring you to be on-site 3 days a week . You must be located in one of the cities listed below to be considered for this role. As a key member of the creative team, you’ll be the voice that brings seasonal campaigns and brand stories to life. The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced storyteller who can quickly jump into a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality content across a variety of platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of conceptual thinking and day-to-day execution. What You’ll Do Write for our digital platforms, including site assets, banners, and emails. Your work will focus on creating engaging, concise, and interesting stories, rather than product descriptions. Translate high-level themes and seasonal concepts (like fall trends) into compelling copy that motivates shoppers and drives business. Contribute to video concepts and scripting, primarily for paid social campaigns. You’ll craft short, impactful narratives and write clear scripts and supers that tell a good story. Support the team during their busiest season, as they tackle a diverse and often unpredictable mix of projects. The ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities is key. Collaborate closely with the creative team, taking direction and turning it into fresh, effective copy that aligns with our brand’s voice. Who You Are A seasoned writer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on a variety of digital and social platforms that tell a story. Someone with experience writing for home or style brands is preferred, but a proven ability to write about style in general is essential. A conceptual thinker who can develop big ideas and campaigns, but is also comfortable with the day-to-day writing demands of a large organization. An agile team player who is not only a great writer but can also efficiently manage a high volume of work. Experienced in writing for video, with an understanding of how to craft a narrative for social media. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.00 to $51.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
