We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to become an integral part of our team! You will develop and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills, increase productivity, and support company growth. This role will focus on designing and implementing training materials for employees at all levels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Implement in-person and electronic training programs focused on individual performance
• Develop training initiatives and strategies to improve organizational performance
• Maintain records of training programs, participation, and progress.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
• Survey employees and managers to determine training needs and desired results.
• Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure training aligns with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in corporate training, human resources, instructional design, or employee development.
• Ability to build rapport with trainees.
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety training requirements is preferred.

Note: Must be able to travel between the following office locations: TX, NV, AL
