Qualitech is looking for a temporary Customer Service Associate to support our Food Solutions division at Chaska. This position is temporary and will be needed for 6 - 8 months. Position Summary: Responsible for executing administrative activities related to providing QualiTech customers with superior service and support which includes, Processing customer order entry, invoicing, credit and debit memos Processing customer requests for samples, documentation and product information Internal coordination and support with production, shipping, purchasing and sales Document filing Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter Orders into ERP system, monitor for timely processing and shipment Submits invoices to Customers via E-mail, mail or Customer systems. Process credits and debit memos when required. Review open Aging Report weekly with Finance and assist when needed in obtaining payment Responds to customer requests for documentation or any other type of information needed Manages Internal Price Quotes and prepares proposals for Customers. Maintains Price List Support and coordinate customer freight delivery work processes within our current freight system Communicate customer concerns or needs to sales staff and executives Education and Experience Minimum: High School Diploma; Associate degree and/or 2 years applicable experience preferred 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service in food related fields preferred Experience in manufacturing desirable Physical Demands: Must be able to operate a computer and communicate on the telephone. Employee is occasionally required to reach with arms and lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Employee must frequently and repetitively grasp objects and use fine manipulation dexterity. Must use hands frequently from waist to chest level. Specific vision abilities include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to hear and verbally communicate with customers, co-workers and others. Work Hazards : Repetitive use of computer keyboard.
