ADDRETAIL is Belgiums first dedicated retail agency, founded in 2015 and specialized in retail communication. We are a young company that is continuously growing, adapting, and taking on new challenges to provide our retail clients with the best phygital experiences.

Our client portfolio includes exciting accounts such as Carrefour, Di, Tom&Co, Febiac, Renmans, and more. To strengthen our team and contribute to our success story, we are looking for a digital marketing specialist.

As a digital marketing specialist, you will join our Strategy & Digital Marketing team, where you will support our clients through your expertise. This is an all-round digital marketing role, offering opportunities for growth in advertising (SEA, programmatic, social) as well as technical areas (SEO, CRO, analytics). Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing digital campaign strategies based on our clients business objectives.
• Setting up and managing digital campaigns, including both strategic recommendations for channel usage and hands-on campaign execution.
• Setting up and managing social advertising campaigns, focusing on Meta, TikTok and Linkedin.
• Creating and optimizing search, video, display and shopping campaigns on Google.
• Preparing media and traffic simulations using channel-specific tools.
• Conducting segmentation and targeting exercises for client audiences.
• Collaborating with our creative team to find the perfect alignment between message and audience, ensuring high-performing campaigns.
• Analyzing data and translating insights into clear reports for our clients.
• Delivering workshops and/or training sessions for clients on topics within your area of expertise.

Required qualifications

• You have knowledge of Google Ads and experience setting up search, display, video and shopping campaigns.
• You can optimize campaigns based on insights gained from analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
• You are a quick learner, capable of acquiring new skills independently.
• You can transform insights into clear, structured reports and confidently present them to clients.
• You enjoy working independently and autonomously but are also a team player.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a big plus.

Experience

You already have some experience in a previous role, either within an agency or on the client side.
