Job Title: Esthetician

Location: Sandy Springs, GA

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Reports To: Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed, passionate, and client-focused Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skin care services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments tailored to meet clients individual needs. You should be knowledgeable about skincare products and techniques, and have a warm, professional demeanor to help clients feel relaxed, cared for, and confident in their skin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, masks, and other customized treatments.
• Conduct skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on home skincare routines, product usage, and treatment aftercare.
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and service history.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and professional work environment.
• Promote spa services and retail products to meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Valid state Esthetician license (Required)
• Proven experience as an esthetician or in a similar role (5+ years preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and maintain client confidentiality
• Experience with product sales is a plus
• Experience with advanced treatments like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED therapy, etc.
