An estimator and project manager needed for a civil construction company based in Gallipolis, Ohio. Will be responsible for oversight and management of ongoing projects for the company, primarily in the energy sector. This individual will be working closely with other team members to ensure that all project plans, deadlines, schedules, and project budgets/estimates are developed and are on track

• Lead bidding and estimating for heavy civil construction projects
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate site operations, labor, subcontractors, and resources
• Communicate with owners, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment
• Oversee project deliverables, status reporting, and change management
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, union agreements, and legal regulations
• Support company growth in the Midwest and Eastern U.S. energy sectors
• Travel as needed and work from the Gallipolis, OH office

This is a direct-hire, full-time position. The is a salaried role, most work will be done weekdays, during business hours. Pay is commensurate with experience, within the range of $75K to $100K per year. This company offers health, dental, vision, life, and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in heavy civil construction or energy sector (fossil, renewable, transmission/distribution)
• Proven leadership in estimating and project management
• Ability to read and interpret specifications, drawings, and schedules
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost analysis
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP certification is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work in both office and field environments
