As a Brand Manager for F45, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that drive growth, enhance brand perception, and strengthen customer loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brands remain at the forefront of the fitness and wellness industry. This role will also be responsible for the F45 Challenge.
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Define and refine the brand strategies for F45 to align with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and communicate the brand's vision, mission, and values to internal and external stakeholders.
Brand Identity Management:
- Oversee the consistent representation of FS8 and Vaura Pilates' brand identity across all touchpoints, including studios, encompassing overall visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are followed by internal and external partners.
Marketing Campaigns and Initiatives:
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness, drive member acquisition, and increase engagement.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling content and collateral that aligns with the brand's messaging.
Franchisee/Customer Feedback:
- Monitor and respond to franchisee/customer feedback and insights to improve brand perception and satisfaction.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, sales, operations, and design, to ensure brand alignment in all aspects of the business.
Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the brand's budget effectively to maximize ROI for marketing and branding activities.
