Job Description

Seeking skilled framing carpenters for new build construction projects, including high-end custom new builds and multifamily commercial projects. Responsibilities include stick framing, prefab walls, wall panels, and wood siding.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new build construction projects involving high-end custom builds and multifamily commercial structures.
• Perform stick framing and work with prefab walls.
• Install wall panels and wood siding.

Essential Skills

• 1+ year of wood framing experience
• Experience with framing, rough carpentry, and wood framing

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience in finish carpentry and commercial construction

Work Environment

Work hours are from 7 AM to 4/5 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional weekend overtime. Crews typically consist of 4-5 members, 7-12 for commercial projects, and 25+ for the largest jobs. Current projects are located in Hayward, WI, Crosslake, MN, Brainerd Lakes, and Pine City.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
