Coworx is looking for customer service representatives in the Covington, GA area! We are seeking people with the ability to professionally present complex information in an understandable and concise format. If you're a self-motivated problem solver who loves to work in a dynamic and positive environment, this may be the role for you. Candidates in this position will be the first point of contact for device-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to support client's needs. Your strong communication and customer service experience will be essential in delivering top-notch service, while your basic device knowledge will allow you to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues.

Schedule: 8:00AM 10PM Monday Sunday (Must be available for shifts between these hours)

Responsibilities:
Technical support: Troubleshoot and diagnose device service issues via phone. Customer service: Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to end users concerns, empathizing with their situation, and providing clear and concise solutions to meet their needs. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support requests, including steps taken and resolutions provided, using our ticketing system. Knowledge sharing: Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and technical knowledge, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Training and guidance: Assist end users in understanding basic IT concepts, such as software installations, password resets, and system configurations. Customer satisfaction: Continuously monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, ensuring a high level of service delivery that exceeds expectations.
