Salary:

Lawson Home Services is looking for motivated Marketing, Art, Media, Public Relations, or Visual Design Candidate to assist with the company's growth efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, enjoy developing, are creative, have an eye for what makes people comfortable, and excellent communication skills. They also must have integrity, be adventurous, and have respect in their work.

Potential duties will include:

• Creating and posting content on the company's websites
• Engaging Social media by conveying the value of what we do.
• Highlighting new processes and products.
• Maintaining and improving social media profiles
• Conducting online research & feedback.
• Presenting Seminars to target groups on important subject matters.
• Preparing reports & spreadsheets identifying visits to realtors, builders, contractors, businesses.
• Create a B2B contact list
• Take photos and video of presentations
• Commemorate events and milestones at the company
• Organize materials and attend trade shows
• Create the Company's story for internal and commercial needs
• Expand and live the company's Vision, Mission & Values.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed schooling in a Tech/Trade or College for Public Relations, Art, Media or Visual Design.
• Ability to work 40 hours weekly. Traditionally Monday through Friday, except for trade shows and weekend events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Slack, Twitter, Facebook, TicTok, Linkedin, YouTube, Snapchat, Instagram and others.
• A great story teller w/excellent ability to engage the audience.
