Twin Creeks Country Club is seeking a professional and personable Licensed Massage Therapist to provide exceptional wellness services to our valued members. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-end client experience and skilled in a variety of massage techniques.
We are looking for a team member who excels in swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and who has a natural ability to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of massage therapy services, including but not limited to:
- Swedish/Signature Massage with aromatherapy
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Sports Massage
- Cupping (preferred but not required)
- Additional modalities and certifications are a plus
- Customize sessions based on members' individual needs and preferences
- Establish trust and rapport with members to promote long-term wellness relationships
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care
- Accurately document treatment notes and adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with fitness and wellness staff to support holistic member care
Qualifications:
- Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build meaningful connections with a diverse clientele
- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, evenings, and peak club hours
- CPR/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire date
- Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a country club environment
