Your Role: We are looking for a video producer with a background in motion graphic animation to join our Multimedia Team. As part of the Creative Group, this role will work closely with other video producers, designers, and animators to create high-quality animations and video edits that reflect branding priorities. Our group assists with requests from the entire company, and the video types range from product overviews, product demos, customer testimonials, social media promotion, YouTube ads, virtual events, and tradeshow events.
Your Impact: - Animate motion graphic actions that align with brand guidelines and are exciting, emotional, and compelling
- Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
- Prepare presentations with raw designs to stakeholders
- Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
- Join images with background graphics and special effects
- Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
- Participate in the editing process
- Collaborate with production crew (designers, directors etc.)
- Create scene layouts using a library of assets
- Work closely with the brand and design team to ensure consistency across campaign assets
- Work under the guidance of the Multimedia Team Manager to manage large projects, and coordinate the visual effects output and quality control
- Work with team lead animators to ensure timely completion of motion graphics
- Serve as an active participant in team art discussions, brainstorms, critiques, and reviews
Your Experience: - Proven experience as an animator, please provide a reel and portfolio of best work
- Bachelor's degree in animation or computer graphics or 3 years of experience working as an animator at a specific job
- 1-3 years of motion graphic animation experience with a creative team, design studio, post-production house, or broadcast television station
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects
- Knowledge and understanding of how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere. Other software and plug-ins such as Cinema 4D, DaVinci Resolve, etc. a bonus
- Understanding of the Visual Effects and associated pipelines
- Adaptable and open to feedback
- Attention to detail and collaborative mindset
