Paid Brand & Creative Marketing Intern — Ann Arbor, MI (University of Michigan)

Campus Collective is hiring a Paid Brand & Creative Marketing Intern to own and lead our on-campus marketing, content creation, and photo shoot execution at Michigan. This role sits at the center of how our brand comes to life on campus — from setting up shoots and capturing live content to launching social campaigns tied to drops, collaborations, and campus events.

You will work directly with the founders to shape Campus Collective’s visual presence at Michigan and play a key role in executing real-time campaigns at one of the most active Greek Life campuses in the country.

• Lead all on-campus photo shoots at Michigan — concepting, scheduling, coordinating models/locations, and capturing content
• Plan, manage, and execute content for Campus Collective’s  Instagram and TikTok
• Produce high-engagement short-form video and lifestyle content for  Greek Life and campus culture
• Build and manage  content calendars and campaign rollouts tied to active Michigan projects
• Execute  Greek Life–focused marketing activations (Bid Day, Game Days, Philanthropy Events, Product Launches)
• Translate  product quality, fit, fabric, and pricing into compelling visual storytelling
• Support  drop announcements, influencer seeding, and limited capsule collections
• Collaborate with  design, production, and operations teams to align content with release timelines
• Maintain  fast turnaround speed with strong creative consistency and attention to detail
  

• Current University of Michigan student
• Active involvement in Greek Life required
• Strong personal network across sororities and fraternities
• Passionate about marketing, branding, fashion, and digital media
• Genuine interest in  streetwear, fashion, and content creation
• Active user of  Instagram and TikTok (Pinterest a plus)
• Ability to  shoot and edit content using a phone or camera
• (CapCut, InShot, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong understanding of  what performs with college and Greek Life audiences
• Self-starter who takes ownership without constant supervision
• Organized, reliable, and confident managing multiple projects
  

📍  Location: Ann Arbor, MI (on-campus / in-person content creation required)

💼  Type: Paid, part-time internship
