Personal Assistant to High Profile Musician

A confidential female musician is seeking a personal assistant to handle both personal and administrative duties to support her day to day. The ideal candidate is excited to learn, willing to be reachable after hours as needed and willing to travel down the line as needed

Salary commensurate with experience: $70-80k base + possibility for bonus

*PTO is provided, but no healthcare benefits are offered

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of PA/Admin work – must have entertainment industry experience, music a plus
• Strong communication and email skills
• Must have a passport

Hours/location/work schedule:

Location: Downtown NYC Hybrid in person and available to travel/tour if needed

The hours/schedule will vary so needs to be flexible on the needs but will have work life balance – just need to be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include:

• Calendar coordination (Google), setting appointments, reminders, etc.
• Travel preparation, packing and unpacking
• Liaising between teams: being the artist and all outside teams
• Coordinating and tracking: approvals, deliverables, coordinating with management, tracking contracts, etc
• Coordinating with glam squad/beauty teams
• Personal duties: errands, organization and inventory, packing and unpacking, wardrobe support as needed, scheduling with housekeepers, coordinating meals and groceries, home vendor coordination and much more!
