Job Description
Busy Santa Barbara law firm with recent significant increase in caseload is seeking a personal injury litigator with 2-3 years of experience, ideally with defense experience, to start ASAP.
Requirements:
· Active California Bar License.
· 2 -3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, defense preferred.
· Experience in trial prep, drafting pleadings and motions, medical record summary, case analysis, discovery response preparation, and taking depositions.
· Solid legal research skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Work in Santa Barbara office required.
