Aspire Therapy Group offers individualized treatment for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in-homes. Our ABA therapy services in Georgia focus on helping these children grow into thriving adults by improving their communication, social, functional, and other vital skills. Our specialty extends to individuals from birth to age 21. Our team of board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) will develop custom programs to address each child’s needs. With our dedication and collaborative approach, we will guide everyone under our care to shine and succeed in their respective walks of life.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking qualified, dedicated, and compassionate professionals to provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to children, youth, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities who are in need of assistance to reduce challenging behaviors.
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are responsible for assisting Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior plans through in-home direct intervention. They will assist patients with day-to-day activities, monitor their behavior, record and collect data on patients' progress, and communicate with clients. All programs will be directed with the daily support of a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and ongoing training and guidance will be provided through frequent collaboration and coaching with senior RBTs.
