Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile expertise and a great demeanor, capable of guiding teams through Agile ceremonies while ensuring they understand the underlying principles. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to varying situations are crucial, as we value practical application over rigid adherence to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Expertise: Provide deep Agile knowledge and support, helping teams understand the "why" behind Agile practices.
• Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and push teams to participate in Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Flexibility: Balance Agile principles with practical flexibility, knowing when to adapt processes to meet team needs.
• Communication: Over-communicate and challenge team members to ensure alignment and progress.
• Independence: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently while keeping up with leadership's dynamic style.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Mid-level Scrum Master experience in an Agile environment, ideally within an enterprise setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA for managing Agile projects.
• Culture Fit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and align with Julie's leadership style. Must be independent, communicative, and willing to challenge the status quo.
