As a Snow & Ice Management Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that nursing homes, apartment complexes, shopping plazas, grocery stores, banks, condo associations and other facilities remain accessible during snow and ice events. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience operating heavy equipment who are seeking flexible, seasonal work with the potential for year-round employment. Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as plow trucks, wheel loaders, and skid steers to clear snow and ice from walkways, driveways, and parking lots according to contract specifications and safety standards. MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE operating said equipment. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, ensuring that existing landscaping and property are not damaged during snow removal operations.
  • Care for and maintain company-provided equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Respond promptly to snow events, working variable hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating heavy equipment for snow removal (such as skid loaders, wheel loaders, or tractors with snow boxes or power plows) is required.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in cold, icy, and snowy conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to the branch or job site at any hour.
  • Must provide own cold weather clothing, including winter boots, coat, hat, and gloves.
  • Regular and dependable attendance is essential.
  • Available to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Compensation

Paid minimum shift applies. Compensation is competitive and based on experience. Opportunities for bonus potential are available through paid certifications and continuing education.
