Role: Sr. Mulesoft Developer.

Job Level: Senior Associate.

Location: Bridgewater – NJ

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mulesoft and a good background in data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can give to our projects and help drive our company success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration solutions using Mulesoft to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and implement data integration strategies.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Mulesoft applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Mulesoft-related issues and challenges.
• Optimize and enhance existing Mulesoft integrations for improved efficiency and performance.
• Detail integration processes and solutions to support visible communication and the exchange of knowledge.
• Supervise and address integration workflows to ensure detailed data flow.
• Implement data quality and data governance standard processes in all integration projects.
• Work closely with team members to understand and address their data integration needs.
• Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to ensure standard processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in Mulesoft development and integration techniques.
• Give to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Possess a good background in Mulesoft development and integration.
• Have experience in data quality and data governance practices.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and fix skills.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions.
• Exhibit good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Have a proactive and diligent approach to work.
• Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with minimal direction.

Certifications Required

Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Quality Certification (nice to have)

Salary and compensation

The annual salary for this position $102.000.00 - $116.000.00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plan
