Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant (CPA) to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for a diverse range of clients, including individuals, trusts, estates, businesses of all types, benefit funds, and nonprofit organizations. Additionally, you will prepare internal memoranda, written correspondence, and provide guidance on various tax matters. This position also involves drafting private letter rulings and other documentation for submission to the IRS or Treasury Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax law, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
