Are you an experienced Trusts and Estates Associate with a passion for delivering bespoke, sophisticated legal solutions to high net worth individuals and businesses? Responsibilities:

As a Trusts and Estates Associate, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing expert legal advice on a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
2. Developing and implementing wealth strategies for high net worth individuals and businesses, ensuring their assets are protected and their future financial security is assured.
3. Establishing, managing, and advising on corporate trusts.
4. Working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, and tailoring your advice and services to meet these.
5. Collaborating with other team members and departments to provide a comprehensive, holistic service to clients.
6. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in trusts and estates law, and using this knowledge to advise clients and improve our services.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the NY state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with a particular focus on high net worth individuals and businesses.
4. Proven experience in estate planning and wealth strategy development.
5. Extensive knowledge of corporate trusts.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
8. A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
