About the Role We’re looking for a dependable and safety‑minded Warehouse Forklift Driver / Picker to join our fulfillment team. This role focuses on picking and staging Amazon orders, operating forklifts and RF scanners, and maintaining accurate inventory flow in a fast‑paced e‑commerce warehouse. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory throughout the warehouse. Pick, pack, and stage Amazon orders using RF scanners and pick tickets. Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy through handheld RF devices. Load and unload trailers; restock bulk and pick‑front locations as needed. Communicate with team leads via walkie‑talkies to coordinate workflow. Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols. Assist in general warehouse tasks, including cycle counts, organization, and labeling. What We’re Looking For 1+ year experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience picking orders using RF scanners (Amazon or e‑commerce experience a plus). Valid Forklift Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time, on‑site — Monday through Friday, with potential overtime during peak seasons. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
