• Assemble parts and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Inspect components for quality and detail.
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to keep production running smoothly.
• Help identify and resolve quality issues.

• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and work around machinery.
