The Position: Proactively source leads and develop business through face-to-face prospecting. Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers. Maintain regular follow-ups with decision-makers to cultivate new business relationships. Schedule in-person business appointments. Continuously update and refine data in the sales prospect database. Convert outbound/inbound leads into paying business customers. Meet or surpass monthly sales targets and established KPIs. Manage business client expectations and address related inquiries.
