Job Description
Position Purpose: Help achieve the property's maximum occupancy. Looking for a skilled sales professional with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into deals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals
● Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours
● Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy
● Collect deposits and verify leasing applications
● Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainings
COMPENSATION
· Annual compensation is comprised of an hourly base pay plus bonuses based on leasing production.
· $22/hr plus leasing bonuses. Anticipated yearly earnings between $75,000-$110,000.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
● High school diploma
● California Estate License is a plus. You do not need to hold it prior but it is an expectation to obtain the license once an employment offer is accepted
● Minimum 1-2 years of previous sales experience
● Excellent customer service skills
● Strong oral and written communication skills
● Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well under high metrics
