This Is An Internship - Undergraduate Students Only!

This role provides an opportunity to combine college course work with the practical experience in a corporate IT setting. This role will be engaged with the Salesforce program and various key initiatives to gain a solid, overall understanding of IT and how it manages an application to serve the business.

An Internship with the Salesforce Product/Project Team will provide visibility and hands on experience in the area of application development and support as well as direct exposure to the business in the areas of Sales and Marketing.

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Work with Salesforce Team and various Business Units to manage programs and projects cross functionally.
  • Assist with preparing and leading key discussions.
  • Collaborating, leading, tracking, planning, and scheduling key task and meetings
  • Attending Scrum Ceremonies and IT meetings

Responsibilities:

  • An active interest in a career in IT and enthusiasm to learn
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
  • Acquire knowledge of Konica Minolta Sales Business Processes
  • Technology Project management: Understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum/Agile, Waterfall)
  • Understanding of System Life Cycle Development and Product Life Cycle Development
  • Problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during program execution
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and make informed decisions
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening

Qualifications:

  • Rising Junior or Rising Senior
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year college or university
  • An active interest in a career in IT and enthusiasm to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of team
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Exposure to Salesforce or a CRM product is a plus
