Key Responsibilities
· Operate shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently in a designated service area near Pryor, OK, following all traffic laws and company policies.
· Deliver outstanding customer service , ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
· Maintain strict adherence to schedules —punctuality is critical for this role.
· Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections , reporting any mechanical issues or defects.
· Ensure shuttle vehicles remain clean and professionally maintained , both inside and out.
· Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or passenger incidents promptly to the supervisor.
· Respond to passenger inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Qualifications
· Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with Air Brake and Passenger Endorsements .
· Proven safe driving record with a commitment to responsible vehicle operation.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills .
· Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled routes.
· Flexible availability , with the ability to work extended hours as needed.
· Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge for routine inspections.
